If you think Dooley isn't doing what he should, post your own plan.

You're in charge and you make the decisions. You can't change anything from last year, period. And you can't change the outcome of an event this year that was out of coach's control (injuries, etc).

For things like recruiting or coaching changes, you have to provide some type of substantiation for why you would've been successful in the attempt. (In other words, you can't change the entire recruiting class to 5* players).

We should have some great input in this!! GO VOLS!!!

I would run a spread. With Teague at QB and Devrin Young/Arnett/Lane in motion. Teague actually played QB in HS i believe. I'd also put Milton/Da'rick at WR. Zach Rodgers isn't getting it done. Move Eric Gordon to starting CB over teague. etc etc

we'd more then likely lose everygame. but hell thats what i'd do.

we would run the no huddle.

On D I would pretty much play zone every play since our guys aren't talented enough.

edit: If teague sucked, i'd put in worley.

double edit: OR.. i could just put Rod Wilks at QB and we'd never lose.

Money is what could make this happen.... offer gruden 8 Million a year and give him 10 million to split for all his assistants...and we have a all-star staff

Worley at qb a power i-formation both fullbacks leading the way for starting TB Lane. Throw the ball short and across the middle to TE. AND DEFENSE BLITZ EVER PLAY! Get the ball to Darrick Rogers and #19 Young on wide receiver screens. Use Young in backfield on screens. Give Simms and Zach Rodgers clipboards and stand by coach for moral support.

Really Saban as a DC? No way would I want Ed O anywhere near our program or Muschamp, those two would end up fighting each other...

Oh I am not saying that would be a bad choice....I liked it really, it just caught me off guard. I never really thought about him being a DC after what he has done from a head coach perspective.

Not sure. I can't fathom all that goes into being a head coach. I'll just let those that are paid do the coaching.
