Constitutional Atty, Mark Levin: Legal Precedent Is On Trump's Side

This is an unconstitutional investigation at this point in time. If Congress has any balls, they'd bring in Mueller and question him under oath. He's moved into some very gray areas of unconstitutional overreach. Congress must be involved, to protect the constitution and office of the President.

By the way...

Have you ever thought about why Mueller and his team of Clintonite attorneys do not want to get to the bottom of the Russian dossier?

Or...

Why aren't they looking into the illegal and unconstitutional unmaskings made by Susan Rice, Ben Rhodes, Samantha Powers, Brennan and Clapper...then they leak those names, and leak President Trump's phone conversations?

What exactly does Mueller have? I'm ready to say throw the bum out. I just need some actual evidence first.

So what does he got?

The right is very worried about what Mr. Mueller has on tRump and his band of white collar criminals . Why else would they run an all out campaign to discredit/mitigate his findings, party before country. Shameful.

The FISA judges , Rosenstien, and Mueller all repubs! tRump hired Bill's impeachment lawyer. Keep trying righties!

Please stop with the myth that they are Clinton attorneys. Mueller was appointed by Bush and was FBI Director under him for over SEVEN YEARS. He has been lauded by everyone, including Giuliani just last week, as fair and has to do his job.

Rosenstein was appointed to his post by Trump.

So quit cherry picking or exaggerating connections to people that do not like Trump as making them Clinton attorneys. Its just flat out false.

Again, stop it. Even if everyone one of your conspiracy machinations were true, even if every one of your criticism of those folks was spot on, that does not excuse Trump nor does it constitute a legitimate attack on the investigation into Trump.

I suggest we just call Muellers's Folly what it is - The Inquisition.

Change "repubs" to "DC establishment" and you'll understand things much more clearly. Dims and Repubs may bicker constantly, but when it comes to anyone disturbing their playpen they become incestuously bipartisan.

I wouldn't describe myself as part of "the right". But I'm not worried at all.

It's fun watching you kooks work yourself up over Mueller and his no results investigation. It's time for Muelller to lay his cards in the table. And I doubt he has any pocket aces.

The kooks float conspiracy theories as Mr.Mueller grinds on. The inquiry is multi-faceted because it has so many vectors to follow. Bottom line,Mr. Mueller will stop when he is satisfied he has an air tight case. In the mean time the media outlets will speculate as they have done all along. Impatience is is growing along with curiosity 'cause only Mueller knows what he has uncovered so far.

Look man. Here’s the problem.

You can find evidence to create or manufacture crimes against anybody, if you're determined to do it. That's what's wrong with the special counsel. Because they come in with targets painted on people's back. And people like Comey and people like Mueller are going to find crimes.

Whether they have to go and try to find a technical violation of banking laws on which they can hook pornography stars or things of that kind. That's why we have to restrict and limit the application of the criminal law to clear, unequivocal crimes and don't use it against political enemies unless the evidence is overwhelming.

So we need to do the opposite of what Trump has suggested, which is trying to jail his political opponents, journalists that ask too many questions, and using the DOJ as his personal hit squad while demanding absolution from any wrong-doing?

I think the DOJ would have to listen to Trump and consider him boss if he were using them as his personal hit squad. Perhaps you have presidents and precedents confused?

I'm just trying to understand the Trumpist mindset. Hard to do.

It's always harder to hit a moving target, but I have to agree somewhat there, too. Every time I try to figure out how my wife's mind works (women in general), I come to realize I want to know but scared to death that I might actually find out. I think the same might apply to Trump; there are things you don't really want to know.

Now his reality show followers - don't bother; they aren't worth the time or effort. His voters - easy - he wasn't Hiliarly. The anti Muellers; they aren't generally for Trump; they simply hate abuse of power. Finally many of us would cheer for an outsider Godzilla running amok among the DC insiders.

Your assessment is agreeable until you get to Mueller. If investigating crimes in the federal government is an abuse of power, then what the hell are we doing here anyways? Might as well burn it all down and let the rest of us leave the country.

The problem with the Muller approach is that you are trying to squeeze people. You investigate the **** out of them. Find questionable, not neccesarily illegal actions, and use it as leverage. It’s the same **** McCarthy did. Dershowitz calls it making them go from singing to composing. Are they willing to make **** up to get Muller off their ass? Who knows?

To compare Mueller to McCarthy is laughable. Trump appointed these people. God forbid they do their job.

Wasn’t comparing the individuals just the tactics
I have said from day one if he’s removed I would slide into to the pro impeachment camp
