Your guys deserved the win. We were outcoached, outplayed, and outhustled. Simply no excuse for this one.

Yeah congratulations. Hope it speeds up the process of getting a coach that we didn't get at K-mart during the blue light special deal.

If we weren't screwed over with that fumble, the score would have been 7-3. Just sayin...

Good game plan by the UK coaching staff... they exploited our weaknesses and blanketed our wide recievers most of the game

Could of, would of, should of! We should not have let them drive 77 yards on 8 plays! The offense lost the game.

Congrat to UK!!!!

Go Vols!

Congrats Wildcats, you won on every facet of the game and your punter should receive a game ball on his play in the game. Once again congrats on the victory, the 26 year gorilla is now off your back.

Congrats. Definitely didn't pass up the best chance to get us. KY played harder and smarter and deserved the W.

Yep. This is like swallowing poison, but congratulations to Kentucky. I'm disappointed it had to take both of our worst teams in years to put up this kind of game, but what happened happened.

New streak starts next year.

Unless, of course, this team shows up again. Then we have a streak in the other direction.

Congratulations Kentucky fans, y'all wanted it worst and it showed as your team played from the heart.

Tennessee ....... I have not jumped on the "Dooley has to go bandwagon" .... but today was close. We conceded the game when we threw the Wildcat in after a brilliant pass and catch play and then fumbled when it was 1st and goal.

Unless you have a passing threat at Wildcat and have a player that takes enough snaps and reps ...FORGET IT! It would be better to use Simms in a wildcat formation if it is needed than to throw a person that does not handle the ball much especially from a shotgun formation and hasn't shown any inkling to pass anyway all year. What's really tough to swallow is having Randy Sanders coming up with the offensive plan for Kentucky that worked for their win. They couldn't pass but they tricked us enough to make us think that they might .... and kept us off balance the whole game.

For me Dooley still gets a pass this year but next year at this time if we're looking at similar results for the season, then Tennessee has wasted time getting back to a top 10 or even a top 25 program. I understand losing to Florida, Georgia, Bama, LSU, and Arkansas this year as we were outmanned and had less talent. We could have taken the Gamecocks, we were lucky with the win over Vandy, and today was a total blown game by the coaching staff as the players did not have the preparation needed to win on the road.

See everyone next September.

Truly not trying to be argumentative, but a lot more than that fumble call lost the game for us today. That was pure failure from the top down.

Congrats to KY - the more deserving team won today. KY took advantage of the weaker team during tnis meeting - they used the maxims against our beloved VOLS.

It is what it is. This game was a culmination of hits this team has taken all year. No excuses. No reasons. Now it's on to recruiting, BB, the offseason, and putting it all together for next fall.
