UF was just the smartest team on the short bus yesterday. Congrats at consistently sucking less than us.

LOL, what was it either 99 or LWright said the other day about UF winning the east the last two years?

The tallest midget.

Which is meaningless as long as Alabama's dominating, you best be worried about Kentucky in Lexington. I know it's cliché but the better team didn't win last night.

Thanks! Obviously, a storybook ending. I know it's not important to you but this program needed that. The drops. The fumble after 80 yards at the 2... I'm not sure we could have recovered.

Kelly is amazing by the way. He took a pounding and was still evading tackles.

Nice win. Congrats.

That is the way its been the last 3 years. It's infuriating, to say the least. UF seems to be the only team we can't out talent our coaching staff to a win. If you were to tell me that our coaching staff actively tries to lose that game every year I'm not sure I would argue that as ridiculous.

Literally the only thing keeping UT from running away with that game was coaching. The players and will to win is there. So, so frustrating to watch.

Thank you, an ending for the ages...

Proud of the Florida team and coaches after all they have been through, particularly with the hurricane. Mac is now 12-1 at home and to have a win and play like that right in front of an army of 4 and 5 star recruits (they all sit in the south endzone where the play was made) will give the program a jolt of energy it needed. I'm with most everyone else in thinking that both teams have some major flaws still, but good grief I enjoyed that win. For the first three quarters, it was apparent that there was one elite unit on the field and that was Florida's defense. The Florida defense got gassed badly in the 4th quarter and that's when Kelly took over. It was nice to see a Florida OFFENSE win a game for a change. I'm pleased with the emergence of two true freshmen playmakers for Florida on offense; Mailk Davis (#20) and Kadarius Toney (#17). We've been hearing about both, it was good to see them break out.

Tennessee has some really great parts, certainly with Kelly being the stand out. Helluva play by #8, game saver.

Lol It wasn't an emergence. They are two mediocre players and it will be clear when they face offenses worth a damn. I promise you.

I'm not sure I agree. Between our young QBs, I think Franks was clearly better. Our line play was fairly even. Our defense was overall better than UT's. Really, the only place where UT had a clearly superior position was rushing game. Kelly was truly phenomenal. Your coaches simply squandered opportunities with him in scoring situations.

Both teams have significant problems. Florida has trouble with its rushing game and therefore cannot sustain drives. UT has problems with its offense, too, and particularly seems turnover prone.

Meh, doesn't matter. We are both shooting for Outback Bowl type seasons.

Just by virtue of the last play, I won't argue the point but your defense is average. Tennessee had 442 yards of total offense and it doesn't even seem like we played very well.

Still not sold UF is even approaching being a good team. We just suck that bad. At this point in the season if you guys played Vandy I'm putting money on the 'dores.

Congrats to UF. If the shoe was on the other foot I would be feeling pretty damn fortunate. Most of the fans of the reptilian persuasion that post on here are well informed (LG, LW). I appreciate their perspective.
