Good things happen to good people

I don't know how "good" he is..... But deserving things happen to football players that earn them....I think he lives a personal life of kicking it and huge parties with strippers and hookers. I wouldn't say he's necessarily "good"....although I agree those things are "good"......he is loyal to the VOLS which is awesome and helps the program....but I wouldn't go lettin' him raise your kids or anything.....

Theres a reason he's on my ignore list.

People who make giant idiotic leaps of deduction based on zero facts and then spew it all over this site, all wallow on my ignore list.

The more they're ignored the quicker they shuffle back to their homes under the bridge where they belong.

Earl Thomas maybe?

I would think that you are correct. They are different types of players though, Thomas plays Free Safety and mainly plays coverage. Eric Berry plays Strong Safety and is in "The Box" on about 80% of Defensive snaps.

I always heard he kept it kind-a low key while at UT. But rumor was he liked to burn down some greenery.

Good things do happen to good people, also people who work their asses off. Glad to see him bounce back from a devastating injury.

If you want to know what kind of person he is.. do you recall ever hearing about him in the media during college? I remember seeing an article about how he helped stay over and clean the equipment and helmets for the entire team..

He's a ''big'' or mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters.. involved in East Tennessee and Kansas City

Owns the Eric Berry foundation in which has donated more money than we have probably made over the past couple of years.

That's what kind of person he is.

Congrats Eric Berry!
