Beating the Florida gators for a 3rd time in 4 years. Since the negas were so sure we were gonna lose this game, I’m sure they will step up and give the coaching staff credit for a dominant performance in the swamp. And those who said we were going 7-5. Wait till we destroy Vanderbilt next week too!

9-3 is a good season with the hope for a 10th win

I'm a nega and I give the staff credit. Also predicted we'd go 9-3. I just had us beating Oklahoma and losing to Florida.

N4L. Nega for life !!

Heupel did not want to risk injuries after the game result was assured . Just being smart.
folks , so many schools would love to have heupel .
Correct Sooner. Something to consider is that our fanbase has a lot of residual trauma from the Gators lol. I totally get the desire for blood and 70 points.

Thankfully Josh chose the pragmatic route and got out of there with a big win and no injuries to get ready for probably the biggest game against Vandy in decades.

UK destroyed Florida and just got molly wopped by Vandy. I’m not sure throwing shade at BVS sufferers after beating f a 3-7 team is a good look. If UT beats Vandy, yes, great win. If not, this Florida win means zilch.
SEC football is not a transitive property sheesh.. how can men not understand this?

No he should be fined for the second half performance by this team. No touchdowns in the second half is total failure. It doesn't even fell like a good win after they went up and down the field the first half and quit the second half. That is not how you get to championship football.
Good grief try being happy for 5 minutes and not insufferable

I'm glad for the win no doubt but I can't help but think that the 8 or 9 injured FL players had a lot to do with our win. Yes we were dominate in the first half and I can see Heupel not wanting to take too many chances with a couple of potential picks by going downfield and giving the Gators a reason to get back in the game. I can also see running the football and taking time off the clock to reduce their chances of coming back. However, right before half I saw no good reason not to punch the ball into the end zone and go up by 35. The dagger was there for the taking. Can't be like that against Vandy. Take away any chance for a comeback.
He’d probably like to have that last possession back lol

Stoops hasn't beaten Florida 3 of the last 4 years. Florida has been bad for 5 years

I have to admit, I was hoping for more "bloodshed" in the second half. After sleeping on it, I find myself wondering if it would have been more embarrassing for Florida had we kept bludgeoning them or the way it played out. They basically said "no mas" after halftime and were eating up the clock themselves just ready for it to be over.

According to the 247 sports team talent database, FLORIDA is the 12th most talented team in the nation. Tennessee is 16th. Incidentally, the three teams that we have lost to—and arguably outplayed—-Georgia,Alabama, and Oklahoma are 1st, 2nd, and 14th, respectively. Instead of incessantly complaining about silly things like Heupel not beating Florida by more than 20 points in the Swamp, the negavols should be recognizing their role in providing the resources necessary to close the talent gap. But that would require accountability.

Quit in the second half? How soon you forget, or aren’t football savvy enough, to realize the only way to lose that game was to give them points with turnovers. This team has done some of that so while I wish we had had been a bit more aggressive, I understand and applaud the smart coaching style we used. I would have enjoyed hanging fiddy on them but I get it.
A 20 point win in the swamp is golden.

Ok, ya'll please leave CJH alone for the rest of the season. Lol
He's not perfect but did just get the W in a place very few other Vol head coaches have succeeded.
We should be happy that we're not Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Miss. State, South Carolina, Auburn or LSU fans.
It could be much worse for us.

Well Florida whipped Texas and Texas beat Vandy so there's that.
