Congrats from the other "UT"

Two weeks ago, I voted for a TX win by 20+ points...
After the Duke game, I acted to change my vote to a TX win by less than 10...

Apparently, in two weeks, my prediction ended up being off by about 50 points. That's about as pathetic as the recent play of the supposed #2 team in the country. Oh well, that's life.

Congratulations are definitely in order. I spoke with Coach Pearl last week about TN's upcoming game with TX. I told him that I saw alot of similarities between the impending TN men's turnaround and our own turnaround when Rick Barnes took over. I really didn't expect it to be so quick. It's good to see a nice guy (Pearl) with, what a appears to be, a classy program doing so well so quickly.

I'd much rather see TN do well than teams like Duke, UCLA, NC, etc.. with spoiled fans that don't appreciate winning basketball.

Good job and good luck the rest of the way...

Very classy post&#33; It&#39;s good to see these kinds of postings from time to time. Bruce has the guys playing with a ton of passion and they believe they can beat anyone right now which is tribute to the coaching staff. I was very surprised that we had such ease with you guys. Obivously Gibson going down hurt you guys a lot but I don&#39;t think he would&#39;ve made up for 20 points. I think your biggest problem was you was still demoralized after the Duke game.

UT should be dancing when March comes and so will you guys. The Big 12 is kinda down this year with a lot of unproven and very young teams. You guys are still the team too beat. Best of luck the rest of the season.

Welcome to the board by the way. Ill be pullin for the Longhorns against the Trojans. Mack Brown deserves it, many may not know but this run included his 1st conference title. The Longhorns are a southern team, have ties with Tennessee that go bak to the early 1800&#39;s. Texas folks are good people, and their colors arent bad as they are kinda close to the Vols&#33; Wheres my cowbell...??

Texas will win the Rose Bowl by 10. I just don&#39;t think USC has the defense to keep up with Young for four quarters.

Tennessee played well on Saturday and it is good to see an opposing fan recognize. Also have friend who is Horns fan and am pulling for them in the Rose Bowl. Not to mention I really don&#39;t like the Trojans. So Hook em&#39; horns in the Rose Bowl.
