You took a lot of heat earlier in the year on a dropped TD pass.

You caught the TD tonight that tied the game and played a very good game.

It is only fair that if you are going to get called out you also get praise when you stand strong.

Way to go!

I was so happy for him and his mom when he scored that TD.

MZTERRY, you were the first person I thought about after my Indian dance around the living room with my son and our dog Smokey.

He was having a pretty good season before that touchdown catch tonight. Glad to see him coming up big in the clutch.

Another note about that catch: He was bracing for a hit while he was catching that ball. I think he was completely baffled that he was literally standing that wide open. The closest Gamecock was a fan sitting on the first row. Big time play.

It was a GREAT job by the CROOMSTER!

Big CONGRATS to him and his great Mom!

I still expect to see lots more from him during his career at UT.

I don't think he's really had his breakout game...yet.

Yep. And he got interfered with in the end zone during OT as well. That was a ridiculous no call.

Your Son Has Returned Faith To Our Beloved Vols!

Joshua might be the MVP but I saw Jason make a lot of key blocks for him down the field with one pushing the defender back several yards.

I had a moment when he caught the tying TD. Perseverance paid off for him. I've never been more happy for a select Vol.

I never lost faith and always defended Jason Croom when he struggled (go ahead and look at my post history). I'm proud for him and all these young men!

wow. way to complain that his game tying catch to complete a 14 point comeback and eventually led to an OT win on the road because it wasn't a high degree of difficulty instead of just being glad he found room to get that open and make a big play.

Dropped a TD pass earlier this year? Don't remember, nor do I care to. Every great receiver drops some passes. Croom has always been a top-notch receiver, and he is a very important part of our team growth and continued success. Keep throwing to him, and he will make defenses pay like he did tonight! VFL
