But of course, they didn't (stick with Driskell) -- for some good reason they pulled a better weapon from the bench, and perhaps this is the beef of many here, as to why WE DID stick (with Peterman, and not re-introduce Dobbs, that is). Not to WORRY about the past, but to prepare for the future, as I'm pretty sure Jancek was already seeing Dobbs juking / jiving his D in practice prior to/up to the week of the FL game (but someone correct if I misunderstood Jancek's comments about Dobbs' outstanding practice performance leading up to Utah State). We may have to, again, rely on 2+ qbs this season, and I hope the best #2 is not sidelined for 2017's sake (but I could be wrong).
I'm sorry, I no longer bother with the Dobbs debate.
I have what the people whose job it was, had seen and decided on one hand. On the other hand, a couple of theories of what fans think happened or was seen. If the source isn't a deciding factor then debates will never be decided. I don't know about Janceks comments. I only saw him refer to Dobbs being hard to tackle. I didn't see any comments about QB ability. Not saying there were none, I just didn't see them.
