saw the jayhawks two weeks ago while visiting st louis. It was my first show since pandammit/

Had a chance to see Matthew Sweet earilier in year. There was no seating at venue (excerpt for those in bar area) and I had just had back procedure in hospital and couldnt stand for more than 2 hours

Psychedelic Porn Crumpets were great!

Noah Kahn was as forgettable as I assumed he would be.

I didn't see a general thread about what concerts or festivals people are going to, so figured I would start one for selfish reasons.
Nice idea that I don’t see people talk about enough.

Me and some friends just went to Coachella weekend before last.

Had a blast! Such freedom and time well spent.

We’re planning for Tommorland here in about 2 months in Belgium

GF got us the first level of upgrades which were worth it.

separate, air conditioned, and actually cleaned restrooms was a huge deal. especially for women.
and then we also got free non-alcoholic drinks. There was seating, and some cover too, but those were secondary.

overall the festival was great, except it rained hard on the last day. most of two hours was missed which sucked.

Foo fighters closed out strong, Weezer had no stage presence. Royal Blood was great, but I am probably biased because they were who I most excited to see. Billy Idol still put on a good show despite being pretty old.

also got to try some great food. if you are at a festival and see Wookie Dogs, stop and get some. they only work festivals, but were fantastic. Think corndog meets mozzarella stick with some added seasoning. They also had potato wedges, with kimchi, and yum yum sauce.
