Complete Games makes Vols Champs

No matter who or where we play, IF we play a complete game on Offense and our Defense gets back to early year form, we can beat ANYONE in the country.

I see people talking us getting crushed against Oregon. Who have they beat? What makes them this awesome team?

If we played in the B1G, we’d be 11-1 or 12-0 as well, just like the top teams in that weak conference.

Yes we can win it all…all we have to do is play complete games!

Mulligan. We need to go into our first playoff game like we do on the first tee box. On our first shot, we are a bit stiff and wind up slicing the ball out of bounds to the right because we didn't swing all the way through the ball. So, we use that much needed and well deserved Mulligan and do about 10-15 more practice swings before.... WHACK, we hit it straight down the middle for 265 yards.

So if you attend our first CFP game, please hold up a sign that says MULLIGAN in the first quarter. Then, we will accomplish the goal of playing well in all 4 quarters and crush our opponents to smitherings!

Love the enthusiasm. Oregon has beaten better teams than we have. To be fair, who have we beaten? If you are not at least impressed by Oregon on offense then you are just a blind hater. They would give our defense fits. Gabriel would be the best QB we have faced by a LONG shot. Yes we could win. But this team has not really played a complete game yet and expecting that to change in the playoffs is a tall order.

Oregon’s offense does look good, but I got back to who have they beat? Boise? Ohio State? Better than Alabama? Or even Florida?

Yes I know any team can say the same thing, but besides Georgia and Texas, I think we are much more talented as a team.

Yes, of TN plays a complete game They can beat anyone. but you can probably say that about 6-7 teams in the field.

But beats the heck out of playing your best and having nearly no shot of winning. We are CAPABLE on both sides of the ball, but breaks and calls are still in play.

I am just hoping for to be the first expanded playoff champion just like the first BCS champion. Has a nice ring.

Hopefully they add 4 teams and trash the auto byes for CC winners. Pick the 16 and bracket just like March Madness. At least minimizes conference bias.

Not sure anyone this year other than Oregon has complete bragging rights. I think if we play our Vandy game without early gaffs, we beat most of the field on their best day. If our WRs have come to life, OSU in trouble.
