From what I understand, starting next week, practices on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday are singles for 3 hours and are in full pads. Practices on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are two-a-days and not in pads (I'm not sure how long the two-a-day practices are...I'm guessing about 90 minutes each, making it 3 hours total each day).
Tomorrow will be another single with shoulder pads on, Saturday will be first practice in full pads, off every Sunday.
Once again, I could be wrong on a couple of details, but this is what I have come to understand after doing a little googling.
