It was an accident that it went into recruiting, please forgive me. And what's the big problem? I posted something because I thought it was interesting. Isnt that the purpose of this board? KY fans are delusional, esp now that they have to contend with our success. I thought that those comments illustrated that fact perfectly.
I was a bit grumpy this morning. I apologize for being so harsh.

UK has three home games left with teams in the RPI top 100, plus the road game at UT. If they win their three home games and win at South Carolina, they're 18-11 (12-4) even if they lose to UT, and probably end up with an RPI around 50.

No team has ever gone 12-4 in the SEC and not been invited (since the tournament went to 64 teams), and Kentucky of all teams sure as hell wouldn't be the first. They had a team in the 1980s that was 18-12 and about .500 in the SEC, and even that team made it in.

That said, they will probably get killed in the first round.

What do you mean "if"? We have won our last 30 at home. I believe we will beat KY by 20+ at thompson boling. Even if this doesn't happen, they have absolutely no chance of touching us at home. They just need to get ready for the NIT. Hopefully they can save what little face they have left and win it. It will be more funny though when they lose in the first round.

I can't believe how jealous they are. We weren't talking trash when they were ranked #7 this year in football and they all came trolling around talking smack. We simply replied that they had ALOT OF GAMES left and ultimately they showed their true blue colors by falling apart and ending up with their typical crappy season. Just because the only thing they EVER had has fallen apart this year doesn't mean they can't get back. They have great young players and should focus on the future and the surefire UT KY rivalry that will arise from the ashes over the next few years. As oppossed to hating on us for having an unbelievable and historic year. That's the most pathetic thing of all for the KY fans.

Desperation and jealousy is a stinky odor...

Some UK fans are real morons. Maybe they forgot that UK just held on to beat Auburn, and will be lucky to not get run out of the gym next week in Knoxville.

I know not all UK fans are like the hook, but wow... Blowing a 20 point lead in the tournament is embarrassing. Losing by 40 to Vanderbilt is humiliating. But neither is worse than losing to the same football team every time for 23 straight years.

Just curious, were you one of those who said Ky had no chance when we played at Rupp? The way the SEC has gone gives no guarantees. Ky will play better than normal against us. I don't think they will win, but I won't be surprised if we win by less than 10 pts.

IMO there is one single way the cats get in the NCAAs... win the conference tournament.

The OOC losses are just too much.

Perhaps you're right, but if they finish 2nd in the SEC East, then it's hard to exclude them. They have a darn good chance to do that right now.

Well, if nothing else at least you aren't the defending national champion hoping to scrap your way into the NCAA instead of the NIT.
