Oh yes. SyFy movies are atrocious. They might be vaguely watchable until the very crudely animated "monster" of the movie arrives. Then it's laughable.
I love crapy SyFy/Asylum movies. What's even funnier is when you see actors you know in them because you know their career be hurting. With the exception of Ving Rhames; I never understand why that guy is always in these crappy movies, when I turn around and see him in a big budget movie.
one of the worst I've ever seen is "Battle of Los Angeles", but everything by The Asylum is absolutely horrid. Some are watchable in a car wreck sort of way.
It's a shame SyFy can't commission movies that are as good as some of their original series
I just chuckle when I see movie titles that are obvious rip offs of major blockbusters and wonder who actually watches them. Case in point, Battle of Los Angeles, and 2012: Supernova.
The fact Sy-Fy would rather make horrible made for TV movies instead of putting BSG: Blood and Chrome on as a regular TV show is crazy. They lost there science fiction base a long time ago.
