[Rocky_Top_Vol13]

I don’t have any graded comics, but @Rocky_Top_Vol13 is about to have me motivated to have some of mine graded. I like how his display looks.

For my collection, I like to think my kids will want to read them one day, but they may have different interests and prefer the grading benefits to sell them once I’m gone. Haha.

Once I get my two Absolute Batman 19’s back, I’ll post some more pics of “The Wall” lol. But for now, here is another Scarecrow I scooped up. Batman 494 from ‘93

As stated before, here are some of my raw books. I’ve always like Poison Ivy so I had to get some of the variants of Absolute Batman! The skull in her lap is my personal favorite!

A few recent pickups. Already had DD 104, but figured a second copy never hurt anyone. I’m really pleased with the Hulk issues. Had my eye on 139. 142, and 143 for a while.

Hulk 140 is the first Silver-ish/Bronze Age book I ever bought as a kid. Followed an editors note from Hulk 351 to it. Fortunately my local shop actually had it for like $10. Didn’t eat lunch at school for 2 weeks saving up for it LOL.

Check this out! A while back I got some Daredevil 1 variant covers and one of them was a sketch blank. As my Father’s Day gift my daughter agreed to do a sketch and watercolor for the cover. I told her she could do whatever she wanted for the cover. So a while back I got into trouble with the wife for letting my daughter at 15 watch the Deadpool movies with me lol. My daughter decided to do Deadpool since it was our thing lol. I’m sending this in to be graded and having my daughter listed at the sketch cover artist! @franklinpence , I thought you might want to do the same since I know some of your kids are artistic as well. I’m beyond proud to have this in my collection!!!

Here is some of the raws I have in my collection. The upper left is Daredevil 1 from 93 and its embossed foil. It’s awesome in person. The one beside it is also foil. The rest and next pick are all variants of Daredevil 1 that came out 2-3 months ago.

Got some nice HCs from Fantagraphics today. One collects Barry Windsor Smith’s earliest work for Marvel (not including Conan).

The other collects 1950s Sci-Fi stories from Timely (pre-Marvel)

Picked up some DD comics from the 70s. Issue 122 ended up being MJ variant. The approach to Black Widow in the DD comics is something.

Pumped with the Justice League pickup. Got it in an auction for $7.
