Comey says bring it on. Let's have a trial.

Going to be some good motions about prosecutorial misconduct here and charges may be dismissed on that basis.

So he's probably guilty, but will get off on technical issues. Par for the DC course. You must be proud. This is why people hate lawyers.

So he doesn’t plan to prove he did not tell Mcabe to leak then Lie to congress about it. Why go after the prosecutor instead of?

The public trail that this is political is undeniable. I mean, the ASA who had the case -- a Trump supporter - quit saying that he would not be complicit in this.

Trump responded by saying he fired the guy because he would not indict Comey, then Trump installed a political operative who got the indictment in days.

US attorneys represent the US, not Trump. That Trump by his own words put someone in there just to retaliate against Comey is a huge problem. Or should be for anyone with an ounce of integrity.

This is going to get really ugly really fast. And the Supreme Court's credibility will be on the line shortly.

So even if he did it he shouldn’t be charged?

He should have faced a grand jury over his memo charade. And his claim of personal memoirs was laughable. Several had demonstrated classified information. By law that belongs to the US government.

Yes this is politically motivated. But that doesn’t mean he didn’t have it coming over his prior actions he just had the misfortune of falling within the gaze of Trump’s wrath.

Do you hold Letitia James to the same standard Since she campaigned for the ATTORNEY GENERAL position promoting to „get Trump“?
