Ok guys, I was bored so I put a lil money on one of them scoring in the first 6 minutes. Seems like a pretty safe bet to me, and I don't usually place crap bets like this, but I wanted a reason to actually watch this game.

According to the Denver Post linked below, Dan Hawkins says that as long as he is the coach CU won't play a non-BCS school on the road after tonights Toledo game. I hate to break this to you Dan but after predicting a ten win season and refusing to bench your crappy QB who just happens to be your son (hahahaha) you won't be the coach at CU for long! The landscape is changing these "inferior" non-bcs schools are making the bigger schools play them in 2 for 1 deals. If Texas, Nebraska, Mizzou and Oregon are willing to come to Laramie it's a joke that a school like CU won't play us on the road. if you are scared of playing non-bcs teams on the road what does that say about your football program?

No further trips to teams of smaller leagues? : All Things Colorado Sports Colorado

It's just sad that a play by play man as good as Ron Franklin is stuck calling games nobody watches on Friday nights.

I agree. I remember him as the sports guy back in Houston as a kid. He's always even keel in his calls and without a noticable bias.

And wow....Colorado is terrible.

That's being kind, after that half, I can honestly say CU is the worst CFB team I've seen so far this year.

They are the new ISU of the Big 12 north. If they make a single bowl game I'd be suprised.

I remember last year there was some people on here thinking we should consider this guy for HC. Sitting here watching Colorado being destroyed by Toledo 30-3. His team looks slow, uncoached and unprepared. He needs to be fired after tonight because I don't see his team doing squat this year.

I doubt he is still Coaching CU when UW goes down to Boulder next week. I was hoping CU could at least beat Toledo to make it our win over them look like some sort of accomplishment lol
