If we win and LSU wins until Nov 4th what do you think the chances of college gameday coming to knoxville is?

I think the chances of ESPN College Gameday coming to Knoxville are good. There are only 2 other games between ranked opponents that week, they are: Missouri vs. Nebraska and OU vs. A&M. I have a feeling Knoxville has this one.

They are pretty good but, the West Virginia vs. Louisville game is that Thursday, I don't know if they would go to a Thursday night game or not though.

Knowing gameday that will be the weekend that they decide to cover an Ivy League game.

Even shot between LSU-Tennessee and Missouri-Nebraska. That game is gonna decide the Big XII North, though...

Tennessee LSU would probably get the edge, but I don't care right now because ESPN has a mind of their own, and who knows what they will do.

i can't believe yal don't want gameday to be here. You really put to much thought into what Corso says.. He's always wrong its about the atmosphere though that would be an awesome contribution to a Saturday in Knoxville i don't know about yal but i think it would be a lot of fun!

I find it interesting how some people on this board are obsessed with gameday coming to their school, and upset if they go somewhere else.

Everyone on this board wants gameday in knoxville. And, yes, corso is a moron. But herbie is a class act and I always liked seeing him out on the strip having a few beers and chatting it up with students after the game. I'm sure he liked it too, because he was invariably flanked on all sides by hot women.

They will probably due a studio show just to spite the Vols. Or if they do come, they will probably have Charles Barkley there again picking against the VOLS.

Not Barkley. If they would be there they might bring in pro golfer Toms. He is LSU grad and huge fan. That will be a fun Saturday with a damn good football game in Neyland with or without Gameday in town.

No if they brought in a basketball player they'd bring in Shaq for that game....And I don't really care if they come or not, but I'm going to that game and that could be a cool thing to go to if Gameday actually came there.....Don't really care either way but it'd be cool
