Classless, but I can't say I'm surprised. This is the same network that gave Bruce Jenner the Arthur Ashe courage award for becoming a woman over Lauren Hill, a 19 yo college basketball player with brain cancer that passed away

Disappointing, but it is what it is. I wouldn't be shocked if they air the piece at a later date.

If you really want to make a statement, don't tune into abc or ESPN.

I'm freaking disgusted by ESPN. Ever race story takes front page. The old man deciding to be a woman gets an award. A guy like Kurt schilling can't make a joke and yet the give a guy like Colin kapernick massive kudos. I watched and listened to ESPN for a day or two afterwards and not a single personality took a stand against him. It's the most liberal organization in America.

It's **** like this, why I hate ESPN. I'm absolutely thrilled that this cable network is headed for a financial crisis in the coming years.

College Gameday blows and ESPN needs to die already. The last hallmark they had for me- decent coverage and commentary- have collapsed in the last few years. The network's a dinosaur holding back sports coverage across the country.

All you people going to Gameday need to bring signs and chant this kids name. Give him the recognition he deserves. This is much bigger than football.

Tweeted the same thing last year. I know many don't care for Clay Travis, but he's right when he says ESPN has become the MSNBC of sports. It's a joke, and I love Gameday. It's outstanding, but this is not right at all.

Great idea. I hope it gets some traction. Those pricks at ESPN should be ashamed of shelving that feature.

Not arguing against anyone that ESPN does or doesn't suck, but I'm not sure most of y'all read the article. ESPN responded to the author of that article, saying "We will find a good home for the Joshua Dobbs story on College GameDay within the coming weeks."
