Based on the way most teams have scheduled the 12th game, the last thing we need is another meaningless game.

why would we need them? players already get injured enough in practice, let alone an actual game that means nothing.

I don't know. Isn't playing a 1AA school like having a preseason game? I guess except for Miss. St.

Cupcake games are more or less exhibition games anyway to get ready for the conference schedule.

Here's what I'm thinking...play a couple of them....the 1st quarter will be 1st team against 1st team...same for 2nd and 3rd quarter. The 4 th quarter is controlled special teams (kickoffs, punts, place kicking and field goals). I think it would give coaches a better feel for where they are. I'm not saying travel across the country, but I really think it might answer a few questions for the coaches...<preparing for certain abuse>
