HBCU's are GREAT! Better academics than MOST "regular" universities! The football is very good! Look at the NFL rosters! I wish LC the best! I wish he had come to TSU!

These schools are historically black and the black demographic is at least 85%.

I didnt mean to say it as if they were lower schools academically,I just meant it was a black school.

You guys trying to be so damn political correct,did any of you guys even consider Bethune Cookman or Grambling State to go to college?:huh:

I mean really,I dont care what school it is.

If you are presented between an offer of UT and Tennessee State,then 99% of the time you'd go to UT.

Its just common knowledge

Hampton is a good private univ and is very well funded by Bill Cosby. He sends a few kids there every year

1. There are 10 zillion kids who get kicked out of college at UT every semester for grades/drugs/etc.

2. Coker, having failed 3+ drug tests, finally got kicked out. Big deal.

3. People act like he didn't really do anything wrong. If you break team rules over and over again, you cannot expect to be on the team anymore. Why is anyone sympathetic to Coker at all?

I surely don't feel bad for the kid. He had his chances, and he screwed up. But, I also hope for the best for him.

Im not racist at all

But nobody even answered that question,no matter how good the university is most of us didnt,dont,and wouldnt go there.

Thats because its a black school,its seperate but equal.

Smart black students,and semi-good black athletes attend these universities and it makes them respected universities that cater primarily toward blacks

The smarter black students,and great black athletes attend D1 schools like UT,UNC,Michigan,etc.

Now do you guys understand what im saying?
