What would you do if you were the coach and won the toss for the NC state game? Kick off, receive or defer and why.

Receive. Normally I would say kick, because the crowd is always louder for the D after opening kickoff. However, in this case, I believe the crowd will be even louder for our D after CP takes it to the house for 6!

I would receive. I would want to see if Amerson is really going to be a threat so we know how many receivers we will have uncovered for the rest of the game. It would also give our defense a little time to calm from the pre-game stuff. Their offesnse is supposed to be good and I don't think ours is even questionable. Our offesne will be good without a dounbt in my opinion. Hell, Bray and co might just send one to the endzone in the first set of downs :D.

Kick! I have full confidence in our D to stop them on the opening drive. Espicially it being the first game of the season.

Defer to second half and let their offensive line meet big mo, dan the man, & sentimore. They might throw in the towel after their first offensive possession.

Kick. Punch them in the mouth on first and second down, then B Moore houses a pick 6.. Let the beatdown commence.

Kickoff, I think it would scare them to death if our D shuts them down in a brutal way. And then they would have thought it was just our O they would have to worry about.

Kick and at least give them a chance to have the lead before our O hangs 50 straight on them.

Defer. Let the butterflies calm down a little. Plus that is how football is traditionally played for the most part.....

Kick off. Always. Because you can set the tone for the whole game if you stop them, especially if you score after holding them. Plus you get the ball to start the second half.
