Manafort is late sixties I believe, so unless Trump pardons him (which will likely happen imo) any sentence over 10 years or so is likely life without parole.

And Trump pretty much has to go under oath in the deposition. The Supreme Court has already ruled that if ordered under deposition a sitting President may be compelled to testify at a deposition in a civil case.

Welp more indictments just came down from DOJ. Republican congressman Duncan Hunter and his wife have been indicted by DOJ for allegedly using $250,000 in campaign money for their own personal expenses, including trips to Italy and Hawaii, and dental work. He is the second Republican Congressman brought up on criminal charges.
