What would Jimmy the Greek do?

Would you bet the spread if you were objective?

I probably would. That's what is so sad.

Don't think Vols have covered an SEC game spread this year other than Georgia and that feels like eons ago and in my mind the best chance at having a salvaged season.

Who is gonna make some money this weekend on their beloved team?

I thought this was going to say...

What would Jon Gruden do?

I need to take a long break from this place!

I'd bet Tennessee. Game will be at noon, crowd won't be great, SC has falled off/gotten exposed. Tennessee's average starting field position will be close to the 50 with how bad SC's special teams are and how good Patterson is. Though maybe I'm just reading too much into losses to two top 10 teams in the road...

I see what you did there.

I'd put money on UT. But that has more to do with how USC is playing and their injuries (those injuries didn't hamper UF though) than my confidence in UT.

I need more than 13 points for this Tennessee team. Stay away. Unless you don't mind betting against TN, but it makes me feel dirty.

If we can keep shaw in the pocket, I think we match up very well with them..

It's so embarrassing being 14-point dogs to SC. I don't care if they're ok now. It's still embarrassing. What's worse is that they'll most likely cover it.

I'd put 20 on us to cover. don't know why I just see a late garbage time TD (or field goal)

1. I don't bet on dogs regardless of the spread if I don't think they can win. It just seems to work for me. I think the Vols CAN win. Therefore, I take the points.
2. The o/u is 54 1/2. I like the over but not enough to plunk down "for entertainment only."

I'd bet UT in this. Not saying we win, but we've hung with South Carolina both times we've faced them during the Dooley era, and I think you can expect us to keep it close this time too.

Take the cocks if you just have to bet on this game. I have never bet on a Vols game myself.

Unless someone besides Bray is playing qb, we are in trouble. Clowney will be in his face all day, and Bray will be throwing the ball in the ground (or to a cock) except for the 3-4 times he doesn't feel pressure in the pocket. I will be there in person, and rooting hard for the boys, but if I were putting money on the game, I'd play South Carolina to cover.

Shaw will look Heisman-like, as all opposing qb's have this year.
