4. Tennessee has shown it is capable of being a great program.(elite 8, and a number of sweet sixteens)
5. The number 5 is money.. That is the question. Are we willing to pay 2.5mil to 3 mil for a great basketball coach?
There are very attractive reasons for a coach to like Tennessee.
Jerod Haase would be a fantastic hire. He knows the South, coached under Roy Williams at Kansas and North Carolina. He took UAB from doormat to tournament contender in just three years. There would always be a risk that we could lose him to a basketball school, but I think he could do really great things here.
Question - Prohm is a Bama grad, yet he's not high on their list so why would he be high on ours? outside of the fact they actually try to aim high, while we sift through the bargain bin
