It's all in that order. I say if you coach em right, they will come.
You have to have the raw tools to get the job, that is the talent has to be their for sure in order for you to have success on the field. But their is so much talent among all the schools in the SEC and around the Nation. So who stands above the rest. The schools with the best coaches. Leadership is the cornerstone for success.
You take Urban Meyer and put him at Alabama, Tennessee, LSU, Auburn and he will have success their in time. Same goes for Satan.
It remains to be seen whether our boys will turn this Spring Season Hype into Fall Season Success. I, for one, am optpmistic that they will. But Tennessee has the talent (maybe not the depth that we desire) to have some real success this year.
I just keep thinking about Utah and their amazing run last year. You can't tell me that Utah had more raw talent than Bama. Uh, uh. No way. No how. They were coached, inspired, forged, molded to be successful. Damn good coaching just like Urban in Utah and in Florida.
I think we have that leadership now...expect good things. :dance2::superman:
