It's all in that order. I say if you coach em right, they will come.

You have to have the raw tools to get the job, that is the talent has to be their for sure in order for you to have success on the field. But their is so much talent among all the schools in the SEC and around the Nation. So who stands above the rest. The schools with the best coaches. Leadership is the cornerstone for success.

You take Urban Meyer and put him at Alabama, Tennessee, LSU, Auburn and he will have success their in time. Same goes for Satan.

It remains to be seen whether our boys will turn this Spring Season Hype into Fall Season Success. I, for one, am optpmistic that they will. But Tennessee has the talent (maybe not the depth that we desire) to have some real success this year.

I just keep thinking about Utah and their amazing run last year. You can't tell me that Utah had more raw talent than Bama. Uh, uh. No way. No how. They were coached, inspired, forged, molded to be successful. Damn good coaching just like Urban in Utah and in Florida.

I think we have that leadership now...expect good things. :dance2::superman::pirate::crossfingers::yahoo:

Fulmer is quoted as saying it's not about the X's and O's but about the Jimmy's and Joe's...

Fulmer's way was great for us while it lasted.

What happens when you mix the Jimmy's and Joe's with great X's and O's?

You get the USCs of the world.

Fulmer's time past him by. The SEC got bigger and faster. He got fatter and older. I loved the guy but he should have retired after 2001.

From what I have seen our coaches can legitimately coach. All I hear is they just recruit and that is all. But they all got after it on Saturday. They also all have this energy that is rarely seen on a sideline. I like it.

Hopefully it turns into good football. We will see.

Our coaches have to prove themselves not only to themselves but to the nation. Lane has got to show everybody from Butch Davis on down that he is lagit. Monty has to show he can relate to college personel. coach o will show why he is the best recuiter along with the rest to ever be assembled. make no mistake. The VOLS are going to be a force to be delt with. what ever it takes the orange will asend to greatness.
