I know this is a little different but we are opening a new meat market location and going to do some rivalry steaks. I am looking for info on clk and eric berrys favorite steak so that we can name a steak after them. So if anybody has ever ate next to them or can help me out let me know.

where are you opening this meat market and how will it be different than The Fresh Market?

Success is behind me. If you notice i said a new location. Its just something fun for customers and friends but thanks for the advice

great idea. I hope your new location works. Are you kinda doing a steak after every team?

CLK: Filet Oscar
EB: NY Strip
O: Bone-In Cowboy Ribeye

Why don't you write someone at UT? What do you have to lose? Your letter being thrown away.

Sometimes goofy little things like your planning stick and make a nice little story for offbeat news. If success is behind you, then I'm sure you have connections to make it happen.

I live in Central Florida where is this meat market?? By the way great idea. You must know that you will need to have lot's of Florida names also to satisfy your Florida customers unfortunately!!!! UCF, Florida, FSU, Miami, USF. Good Luck!!!

Can't go wrong w/ Te-bone or Urban Tube Steak.. or Charlie "white meat truly does taste better than dark" Strong... don't hate

Oh man, I have not laughed all day until these posts. Reminds me of my first visit to Texas, where I had a great steak....I had to choose between eating a Cowboy or Cowgirl....went with the Cowgirl....had to, even though I wanted the larger steak!

Have to agree that a Timmey Tee-Bone or Urban-Tubie certainly would be a top seller in Fla.
