Coaches should be fired

So your idea is to fire coaches every few years? Is that your recipe for success? Did you come up with this by yourself? Do you apply this levelmof thinking to your e everyday life or just fantasy situations that you have no control over?

My idea is to do the same thing as how I run my business. If someone is inept at their job, I let them know about it and have no problem replacing replace them it they can't get it together.
Heupel would be on thin ice if I was actually in charge. Banks and Martinez would be gone.

Banks has to go, and Martinez. Both are inept. Some want to blame the kids for this. Who is responsible for having these kids here. Are we missing on what a sec football player is, are we not able to coach them into a quality player. Either way it’s on the coaches. This defense is horrible. No excuse after 5 years. Change has to be made

I fault whoever is running the tackling drills. Seriously, that is the worst exhibition of tackling that I’ve ever seen.
