I was really defending Milton after game 1. After watching today he isn't the answer short term he may be long term. I would really like to see Bailey but it's a few problems with that. One he can't run and two the O-Line has issues. With the current team we have we need a mobile qb but they are either missing throws or turning it over. Guys and gals we need to accept another rebuild.

Neither of our mobile quarterbacks have shown an ability to sense pressure and avoid it with any consistency. How bad is Bailey to not get a shot in front of them?

Ummm, did you see Milton get into the open field on the long run? No way Bailey is faster than Milton.
Milton is fast but just not a natural runner. He could be a top college QB if he was more accurate and quicker to process.

I sincerely believe that he quit on the play where he fumbled. I understand that he was injured during the takedown, but it looked like he simply let go of the ball to put both hands down and catch himself. I’m not going to be over that for a minute.

I think most of us realized this 6 months ago? Not just a rebuild, but a multi-year rebuild. I think we have a good staff in place, but we need to settle in for the long haul.
We need to focus on the positives and appreciate any improvements. Adult beverages may help.

Have you scanned our recruiting class? It’s going nowhere fast. The passing days only translate to a rebuild if you’re stacking talent. Otherwise, you’re breaking even at best which’ll give you not much against quality opponents.
