Coach we havent talked about

So we have all been talking about the staff but no one has mentioned the status of our S & C coach Aaron Ausmus. Anybody know where he stands as of now?

Brent Hubbs reported today that Ausmus wants to stay and will definitely be here for the next few weeks. He couldn't guarantee he would be kept long term but said it looks like a good possibility

He is a UT guy. I do not think he will leave.

He told the players that he was not interested in leaving and that was told he would be retained.

He's the only S&C coach that I ever recall seeing on the sidelines, in the thick of things...looking like he was a position coach. He's very heavily invested in UT. I don't see how they'd find someone better.
