Why do so many people believe I'm criticizing coaches? I'm not. I'm criticizing the fans that read way too much into coach speak.

Again, it's the idiot fans fault. Not the coach. Many of you are the problem.

Exactly what I thought, you could not find anything. Yes, you have to take everything that Dooley is saying right now with a grain of salt, but it is a mixture of coach speak and the truth as past years have shown that Dooley is not one to just blow smoke up everybody's ass.

Sad thing is these people take everything dooley says as the truth.....when in reality if they would sit back and assess the situation...they'd realize its all lies...that's all coach talk is.

It's a blank space. Did you really want me to find a quote by Derek Dooley where he said "blank space"? It was used as an example of fill in your own cliche here. I know Football Forum posters are dumb, but come on.

Go back and look at my post you quoted. Either you misread it or you are dumb enough to collect a government check.

But yes, I will admit, DEREK DOOLEY HAS NEVER SAID "BLANK SPACE" IN A PRESS CONFERENCE.

Well no sh1t sherlock, but you very well know that I was getting at your point on coach speak unless you are a complete dumb ass (which is appearing to be very likely). Yes there is coach speak, however you cannot find anywhere that Dooley has been this optimistic in previous years.

I wish more coaches would just Phil Mickelson. Remember when he could have laid up and lost whatever tournament that was, and in the press conference explained to all of us how much of an idiot he was? That was TV gold.

I like when a team gets it's ass handed to them and the coach says it's a learning experience. We'll learn and move forward from this point. Then, the next game.....they get their ass handed to them again. And, then.......ready......it's a learning experience. We'll blah, blah, blah....
