at best a new HC keeps one hold over to steady the transition. New man brings his coaches and clears offices of the former regime.

I watched the o line closely on one play there with about five minutes to go....man, what a wall! They just dropped back and it looked like the great wall of china. I think Tyler could have had a cup of coffee back there.

Those guys are good!

If Dooley does go after this year, I hope that the new HC will give Pittman and J Graham a fair shake...waht those two have done with their units has been most respectable this year!!!

Only 4 sacks with the # of attempts we have had is unreal, plus considering the teams we've played the offensive line is a bright spot on a bad season.

For some reason Chaney takes a lot of heat but I think he is the real deal. Our O is just as good as our D is bad and that is saying something.

pittman/hinshaw/graham <---these guys need to be retained. I honestly wouldn't MIND the offensive staff staying, but I doubt Chaney will be retained.

I don't have a problem with any coach on the O-side of the ball. But, any new coach must be allowed to keep who they want. Unless they already have someone in mind, they should take a hard look at ALL our offensive coaches.

Look sal can coach linebackers JUST NOT A DC

BUT PITTMAN,GRAHAM ,HINSHAW all need to stay
Hinshaw has been good as recruiting coordinator

I agree that they are excellent pass protectors but why can't we make a 3 & 1 running the ball. Until we can make short yardage when we should the we can't call them good. Much better than last year but not yet good.

We have a couple of good coaches in the defensive secondary, it's just the DC keeps on asking the dbs an LBs to do things they are not physically capable of doing. Going to make those guys look bad regardless
