Our star RB out. 2 best OL out. 71 scholarship players. Played a walk on at RT. A defensive unit that’s paper thin. After all that big bad Kiffin barely beats us. With a healthy team, we beat Ole Miss by 14-21. But here you are with the woe is me.

Like it was ever an option that Kiffin could ever come back. That bridge was burned the night the bailed along with the mattresses. Now I do believe he realizes now he made a mistake and probably wouldn’t have left knowing what he knows now. But that’s water under the bridge.

Good he can keep faking injuries in that horrible program. Whatever respect I had for him, purely as a coach, is now gone. I will never care for coaches that use that tactic as their main strategy of “defense”.

What a crazy game, as bad as the reception was for Kiffin from before the game and throughout the game, the worst came after the game as Coach Kiffin was exiting the field. Who cares?! I've never understood all these Kiffin lovers anyway. For what he did at UT what makes you think the school can just overlook the way he left? He bailed suddenly, tried to take the recruits with him, constantly runs his mouth with no class about himself, and caused us to head into a down hill spiral. Maybe some of you were too young to remember it, but for the ones that can still remember, it's amazing to me that you could overlook it and have him back. I dont care how good of a coach he is, as a school you can't overlook what he did and the way he did it and what it cost the program.

Actually Mike Hamilton and the UT admin burned us with that sucker buyout in his contract. He was affordable for any school that wanted him. Put in a better buyout and his phone would have never rung

I’ll own comments like “well at least he’d be entertaining if we brought him back” but joking aside I’d not be happy with him as coach here. He just talks a lot for a guy who hasn’t really won big and was praying they could hang on for the win on TV in the closing seconds of our game

I'm happy with who we have, but I predict that Kiffin will end up somewhere, competing for national titles on a regular basis - probably LSU.

I have officially divorced that punk!!! He can go pound sand. Coach Heup is our coach—love the culture that he’s building. Good times are here for VOL fans and I love this team. They never quit fighting!

He absolutely would have come while he was at FAU. Now that he has a SEC level job even if Tennessee is better than Ole Miss in every way he wouldn't now. But this whole thing is useless. Tennessee will never hire him back. If the actions of Saturday didn't remind you of Schiano Saturday. The fans will burn the campus down before he steps back in Tennessee gear.

I remember that game. Came down to our last possession. But Kiffins game came down to the last play. Statistically when that ball was snapped, we had probably a 70 to 80 percent chance of winning (if not higher). That was pretty close to a chip shot field goal for the win
