White is a proven good AD. Good AD's don't fire coaches without having 2-3 interested replacements already confirmed. Let the negotiations begin.

I love Scott Rueck from an Xs and Os perspective. He doesn’t have enough personality for me though. We need personality, culture, flair, AND Xs and Os.

This is a huge hire for Danny White. He had tremendous pressure on him. I might even go as far as to say this hire may be bigger than hiring Heupel. I think he will make the right choice. At least I hope so.

That would be one of the biggest coaching moves in sports I would think. I don’t see why Dawn would leave something she built from the ground up, but wouldn’t it be nice to see us dominate again.
