The most concerning thing is where he said he’s not used to guys not executing. He didn’t have to convince top talent to execute at Bama, FSU, and UGA. That means he doesn’t know how to get these guys to do it. Everyone he coached before coming here wanted to be there and wanted to give 100% or they were cut/benched by Saban, Fisher, etc. This sounds like he doesn’t know how to coach guys that aren’t top talent. Looking at his recruiting class next year he better start learning how to coach guys that aren’t playing for a shot at the NFL or championships

I'm not going to place blame on anyone in particular, but the glaring issue I've had with the team all season is they act like they don't give a damn about anything. It is hard to make people believe in themselves. I'm not sure what the fix is aside from fresh blood.

Pruitts never experienced building anything. He was at GA, FSU and Bama, all established winning programs. This is a pile of garbage. Vols are Poorly coached, poorly motivated and not talented. Other than that, it’s a good program.
