Coach Friend Announced at USCe

He should be but I have no confidence in UT, especially with Fulmer over there throwing a wrench in things. Him and Charlie Anderson are crapping all over this fanbase
I have heard from a few boosters that the big money is pretty much done with this experiment and want to get serious and win

I’m curious to see how many freeze detractors have actually ever ventured to Oxford, Mississippi? I’m going to assume 80 percent of y’all have never been to the sh!t hole towns these other sec schools are in. Yet, we have Kiffin with his merry flipmas and getting Tennessee players. Freeze would kill it here because he’s the CEO type with an innovative offense.
While Oxford doesn’t have quite as much as Knoxville, I wouldn’t describe it the way you did. It’s a nice, small town (especially for an SEC school).

Friend was Pruitts best man at his wedding, there will be others jumping ship this week. I'm hoping this forces UTs hand. Get this dumba$$ Gump out of Knoxville, I know some of you like him but he's seriously toxic to this program. Pruitt=Cancer

I do like him, but he needs to go...

@LouisWBIR: Shane Beamer announces #Vols offensive line coach Will Friend will join the staff at South Carolina. Friend will have the same position with the Gamecocks

I assume we told him to go, and JP helped him land on his feet. Was definitely on track to be fired, which would be very difficult and uncomfortable for Pruitt for personal reasons.

Imagine being a South Carolina fan and getting excited about your new hire, then he goes out and hires this clown.

We can always hope there is light at the end of the Pruitt project. Freeze would be our first hire of a proven head coach. He would bring some excitement to the fan base and give recruits something to think about.

My bet is Fulmer will not even talk with Freeze and stick with Pruitt. We go 4-8 next year and then we hire another up and coming coordinator. Then we start this 15 year debacle all over again.

Imagine being a Tennessee fan and getting excited about keeping Cornbread (there's A TON out there). Who's the bigger circus?

*hint, it's not USCe

Thanks! I tried reading Adams’s article, but I don’t have a subscription. I’ll check out the YouTube though, appreciate the info!

Adams's article in today's edition was hilarious as he made his predictions for what will happen in 2021 and the Sports Source Show with Pennington was quite informative as they discussed the basketball team and the upcoming game against Martin and Missouri.

Can we start a pool on how much a of a pay cut he is going to take going to South Carolina? There's no way he managed to get them to match or beat the ludicrous $805,000/year that Pruitt gave him for being his best Friend.

That is probably one of the more galling parts about this staff. These guys have been getting paid top end salaries to suck.

This will tell a lot about what the assistants think of Pruitt’s chances. I think everyone knows this experiment is over just a matter of when it actually ends.
