I think that's my favorite part of this guy's argument.

Aside from being completely wrong and making insane claims, he just assumes we won't make the tournament this year despite the fact that we sit squarely on the bubble. Hell, at least half of online bracket projections seem to have us IN the Dance, yet our friend here seems to believe it is a foregone conclusion that we will miss.

That alone undermines his credibility, though I'd argue this thread itself already did that anyway.

Can the Vols make it to 2nd round in SEC tourney? I'd like to see them do it. Could get an NIT bid.

No coach has taken a team to the NCAA tournament until he does. Next year Cuonzo will have taken one team.

Pearl had a far depleted team when we beat Kansas and made a run in the tourney.

The run was made with 3 of the 4 suspended players back. But, can you honestly say that Prince, Chism, Goins, Maze, Williams, and Hopson weren't better than who Martin inherited last year? This year's team/talent is better than last, as next year's team will be more talented than this one.

I'm ready to dance too, but I still think one more win in SEC tourney would help lock it down. 20 wins looks a lot better than 19.

Way to close Vols. What a run (minus UGA). I didn't see this coming. Great job CCM and staff. Things looking up for ole UT.

I will gladly eat it as I think even if we don't make it now it is because we got screwed not because we didn't earn it. Way to go BB Vols and CCM am tickled we are hopefully going to make the tourney. Fire away I deserve itM

I don't think anyone should be eating crow as Martin and the team has deserved a fair amount of criticism especially earlier in the season. Right now though they deserve a lot of credit for righting the ship. Very proud of him and the team.
