I have to say Im totally impressed with Berry and this warhawk team. No superstars, no 5 star recruits just a coach who has his team playing above their talent level and BELIEVING.

Beat Arkansas, should have beat Auburn now giving Baylor all they want. Good Coaches find a way to win period.

It is a hire him thread. I wondered how long it would take. Anybody know who hired the App. State coach that beat Michigan? Surely after an upset win, a powerhouse football team hired him away from App State.

Dude does have ULM playing well though.

I said nothing about DD he is our coach and I support him. But I have no confidence in him at all. Go Vols beat Akron!!!

He was the head coach at Army several years back. Wasnt too successful if I remember correctly, but that was about 8 to 10 yrs ago.

I thought this was going to be a hire Berry thread.

OP served up the appetizer. Ready for VN to prepare the Cajun entree and fiery dessert.

Can you imagine the reaction of VN if we hired a coach from a school like ULM [ or La Tech]

He's probably got twice the talent at ULM as he did at Army. He was the TE coach at Tennessee in '83 under Johnny Majors.

Assuming you're serious...

Nobody has hired him.

Having a decent QB who can also run the ball is huuuuuge.

This is how the game is evolving imo. Defenses are too talented and pass rushers have too much speed nowadays to rely on a pocket passer. I would love to flip that Woulard kid committed to USF, dude can play.
