Miss. St. commit considering UT now?

Top JUCO softening Mississippi State commitment

Co-Eric Riley is being pursued heavily by Oklahoma State and Tennessee, according to the Commercial Appeal.
Riley's junior college defensive coordinator Steve Davis said, "He's really confused right now with what he wants to do and what's best for him. He's being pulled from both sides."
Davis continued, "Co-Eric is a caring guy who really likes people, and he has warmed up to each of those three recruiters (Melvin Smith of Miss. St., Gunter Brewer of Okla. St., and Matt Luke of Tennessee). Its really hard for him to tell any of them no."

I do not think we are pushing for him. At this point, I do not even know if we would accept his commitment.

We only have room for about 2 or so more commits and he plays a position that we are already set at. Before we took Mckenzie we would have taken him. Now we just took Moore who also projects as a possible DB. Its not that he isnt any good. Its just that he is too late.

I thought that might be the case. He is highly rated, but we do have a lot of receivers already.

I think we'll take him if we don't get a commitment from Jones or Paige (which is unlikely.)

That I agree with. If nobody else on our board commits (Jones, Paige, Austin) then we would likely take him. Thats also assuming we dont have anybody jump ship either. That could also open a spot for him.
