CLT seemed to be a good dude, but was he really as loyal as some folks claim?

I have heard/read multiple time how Loyal CLT was when Kitten left..... I do not remember LK trying to take him with him to USC nor do I think CLT would have went with him to start with as his connections here and Alabamba... Not to mention I don't think he and Yaw Yaw ever got along very well....


If I remember correctly Monte and Yaw Yaw already had their bags packed and were headed towards the airport when LK had his press conference... I think the other members of the staff were sitting there trying to figure out what they were going to do and if they would even have a job after he left...

Again not in anyway trying bash CLT just just questioning the Loyalty thing... Also did he have other oppurtunities to move beside bama while he was here?

I didnt see him run thru the T. He always came out early, as far as recruiting, he was supposedly the stud at Bama, but isnt it easy to recruit there right now.

Just saw LT on stage at Alabama's NC celebration, he introduced himself and said "It is good to be back home." Since several of those players were recruited by LT quess he could claim a part of the celebration.

He seems to have moved on.

Look who was at the National Championship Celebration today

Fast Forward to 28:10 ---> University of Alabama Official Athletic Site

Weird that he's celebrating this year's National Championship with Alabama seeing as he was a coach of one of the teams they beat this year and thus why they're national champions.

But hey...he recruited many of those guys on that team...namely Trent Richardson and Mark Barron.

So he's just as much a part of that national championship team as anyone.

Champ you know who really recruited those players. I know LT helped , but it's Nick Saban at the end of the day.

Saban isn't in the habit of hiring party animal recruiters that let it affect their performance.
