Yes that’s a good thing too. I hated it when this select few teams got all the talent because they were always in the playoffs.

Player talent level is very important but COACHING is more important.
One only has to look at the poor coaching staffs at aTm and Miami to be convinced.
All that "store bought" 5 star talent and nobody to lead them.

They’re both important… you’ll have a incomplete program over a 5 year stretch if you don’t have both. To be consistently elite you’ve got to have both Great Coaching and Elite talent.
