JC always looks great in practice, Its after the game starts that he gets the deer in the headlights look! That said, I hope he does great this year.

I just remembered something...

Kiffin stated at SEC Media days that the only player with a starting spot going into Fall camp was Eric Berry (duh) but that there is competition at every other position.

Just because there is competition though doesn't necessarily mean Kiffin doesn't already have an idea of who is going to be out there against WKU. Rico Mccoy, Gerald Jones, Dan Williams, and Montario Hardesty might not have been named starters yet but the guys competing with them will have to unseat them since they came out on top in the Spring.

Crompton is going into the fall as the #1 Spring guy even with supposed equal reps. The only way I see Stephens starting over Crompton is if he has drastically changed from what I saw in the Spring and he has so little time to show it. If not...it's pretty clear who will be starting QB this season.

So.... As for Fall practice... Anyone know when, where, time... Would love to make it to a couple... Before we can no longer attend

Don't post very often, but I'll throw in with Rexvol. I like what I see out of Stephens and think he could do very well. Maybe JC will get it going, but every time I see an interview with him I think he's all heart if you know what I mean.

On a side note, after football is over for Stephens he can fill in for Metallica's lead singer when he's sick.

Please dont confuse me with an 18 year old. I happen to be much older. Lost my job, figured education might be the way to go at this point. Regardless of that, prior military experience comes in handy with a GEO 101 class. My lab partner appreciates my expertise.

Again, I state what the lab partner has to say. Stephens is looking like the starter, sooner rather than later. I wont give names.

Doubt me if you like. If you're sitting in Atlanta, chances are you dont have the contacts I do. Or do you?

your reply to my post isnt really worth a response, but first of all you dont know how good any of those kids will turn out to be, i think strauss is the ultimate late bloomer, and 2nd never mind its most likely over your head.


god i love this place, but if i put all the morons on ignore id only have a verry few people to talk to , like vol dad, sab, vader , eric and a few others like that. you dont understand there is no such thing as a surething, and some nobodys become superstars. you should ask CEO about what he thinks of "star" ratings and offer list, and hed probley be like WTF are you talking about astrology for get the $#)@ off my football field nancy bedwetter and go get me e a pecan roll and a red bull.

Stephens has all the physical tools to be a big time QB, hes pretty close to JC in that area, but i still give the edge to crompton, but NS problem is he gets rattled to easy and gets all bent out of shape, he dosent have the composure, hell i cut his ass on NCAA10 and turnd darryl verren into a big time QB LOL, wish it could be done like that in real life.

Maybe you should ramp up your ignore list. That way there would be less folks picking at your grammar and spelling.

i like it when they attack my grammer and spelling, because it means they cant attack my logic. so they have to do something to try and make themself feel better. maybe i should get a spell check though.

however, i do think that Crompton WILL NOT finish the year as our starter. Crompton just did not pan out. He peaked as a Senior in high school which is sad bc i believe he loves the vols but you either got or you don't and he doesn't

you missunderstood me, thats how i THINK coach ed orgeron would react if you ask him about how important the star ratings and offer list were to him, concerning the players we are recruting
