This f'n coaching staff just looks for a damn reason to pass the blame to the players. Yea! Hunter should have caught the f'n ball. But. Wtf. 2 to's. draw play and let the clock Run out. I love the vols but this staff is a bunch of pusses and the don't believe in their players and the players are 2nd guessing the coaches ! Fu&@!! Come on guys your still in this $hit. No thanks to your coaching staff.

Why haven't We used Riviera Jacobs Or Rogers. It's the hunter show Everyday down This is b******* What Play calling And coaching. Our players Are a product Of the Coaching. Paying Millions Of dollars To lose.

If you are talking about Jacob Carter I agree. He's like that 7-11 guy for the Dolphins. Always open...

Don't get why we took 2 timeouts into the locker room with us. We really needed to score on that last possession. Now, we are looking at the very likely possibility of Alabama scoring on their opening possession, putting us down by three possessions midway through the 3rd quarter making it a lot harder to whittle away this lead.

On Justin Hunter, I just don't understand why the deep ball has become such a challenge for this team. Guy needs to focus more.

Didn't drop a game changing pass. Didn't throw a pick with no UT receiver within 15 yards.

The guy will probably get fired. But his "big play" players have let him down.

You have to admit the clock management was terrible.

I think we lack so much confidence and killer instinct that we were scared to punt to them and give up another score. I think the bomb to hunter was a last second change of plans. I think bray was going to kneel. Somebody changed it up. That's also.why hunter got deep.

Thats a great perspective but cant the HC have an impact on who the plays are designed to go too....:whistling:

There is not another coach in the country that doesn't use those timeouts in that situation.

It wasn't just the fact that we didn't use the timeouts. It was the walking around to get set up after every play as the clock was ticking. We could have run 8 or 9 plays on that drive if we use the timeouts and have effective playcalling. Just another illustration of the inept coaching.

I would like to add, didn't call a timeout.

....why didn't they use them? By the way,Hunter is a joke.
Hunter isn't a joke, but he certainly isn't playing like a 1st round draft prospect. If he comes out this year, it's going to cost him big $$$, cause he isn't anywhere near being ready to make the jump. If he makes the catches he's been dropping this team has a better record...period. His dropped passes and some of CP's have just killed drives and momentum we needed.

Hinshaw needs to get on to Hunter. I understand that this is his first time coaching WR's but this team needs to find a WR's coach badly. If they can find a WR coach with NFL experience like Baggett then that will help out Hunter and CP bigtime.[/QUOTE]
