Just wanted to pass this along. CLK will be on WFNZ out of Charlotte, N.C. tomorrow. The host does not have a time yet, he said CLK will call him on the fly. As soon as I hear of a timeframe, I will pass it along. Since most of you are outside of the Charlotte listening area, you can stream the show at WFNZ.com. The show starts at 3pm until 7pm. Thanks and GO VOLS!

"It is the Primetime With the Packman, boys here till 7"

He should have some solid guests on tomorrow. Last year was loaded. He had a lot of coaches from the SEC and ACC on. Plus, he had all of the "experts" from Rivals and Scout on.

I absolutely cannot listen if Buckner is going to be anywhere near the mic. I honestly can't understand what he's trying to say most of the time. His grammar is so bad, I really wonder if English is his first language.
I used to listen to that station online everyday, but now that Buckner is on every show, I just can't take it anymore.

Yeah, I am not to sure how long the "Frank and Buck Show" will last. It kinda of p****s me off they moved Mac to the mornings. Frank is about as smart as a box of hammers, IMO.

Pack Man's show is doing really well up here in Raleigh, he the highest rated show in the afternoon on any of our stations. I'm just glad he talks SEC football some, more than the other guys around here that just concentrate on the ACC.

No, I haven't heard it yet. I am glad you asked this question, because I did not have a clue what he was going to do. In a email, Mac just told me he was exploring other opportunities. I wish him the best though. Gary was solid on his morning show.

I really thought he did a nice job. Apparently he had an offer to do a national show on Sirius/XM.

From the website:

The First Word | New Show! | 144 Mad Dog Radio | 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM (4 hrs)

Gary Williams gets your sports day started with scores and news from the night before, plus a look at the biggest stories coming up in the day ahead.

He's a huge SEC football fan, despite going to Clemson, and absolutely despises the Big 10. I have heard him say on more than one occasion he thinks Knoxville is the best place to watch a football game.

I honestly signed up for XM/Sirius because of it. Nails on a chalkboard.

just a quick rundown from the clk interview on wfnz in charlotte, nc. He said the recruiting class was well below the staff's expectations. Very happy with taking nuke and myles from the gators. Loved the fans at the b-ball games. Said the recruits felt the passion for utk. Says there a couple of "surprises" still out there. Very excited for spring practice.
