CLK Public Enemy?

I like this part. Is he really trying to suggest that two coaches working together at a previous job is "incestuous" or out of the ordinary? Finebaum is completely out of touch with reality and so is anybody who puts any stock in what he says.

"And to continue the incestuous nature of this staff (Lane Kiffin and Orgeron worked together at USC), Kiffin hired his brother-in-law, David Reaves, to be the quarterbacks coach. He was at South Carolina last year. Could Kiffin's mom be far behind to join the staff?"

"Here is a guy who coached at the Mecca of West Coast football — Southern Cal — and desperately tried, but couldn't land, the Washington job recently"

What!? :post-4-1090547912::post-4-1090547912:

Two things about Tennessee football coaching and media relations that make me smile. #1 How fast Kiffin went from the hot golden boy to such a easy target for critism. #2 How fast Fulmer went from the same target to a sold out mistreated nice guy.

"This is the first time since Bob Neyland became head coach in 1926 that there are no coaches with Tennessee backgrounds on the staff," Gilbert said.

And I couldnt be happier.

Looking forward to sending Finebaum into apoplectic seizures when we start beating their a$$es. Funniest article I've read in a while. It's very refreshing after what we've been through.:pepper:

I loved the post on Alabama's website that called Kiffin a Daddy's Boy!
I thought that people made fun of men when you were called a Momma's Boy?

But the funny thing is that the main guy who is the head of their program is a Big Time Daddy's boy and that is Bryant Jr.

You can't pay any attention to what any Bammer says. They're all delusional nincompoops.

Well guys I have read this forum for a long time but never posted. I have followed UT football since Battle was the coach. A lot has happened over the years, but i have not seen so much interest in Tennessee Football that i can remember. Kiffin has definately put a spark in our fans as well as the media. I hope he can pull out a few surprises on NSD so we can hear the present "elite of the SEC" whin and belly ache some more. Next season is going to be interesting.........for sure!!!!!!!!!
