I think in the SEC, in this day and age, for him to come in and start swinging is the way to go. For years we watched a inferior Florida team under Spurrier beat Fulmer's UT just because. I could never understand it. Yes Florida and Alabama are big games to us, but to tense up and have it trickle down like it did ... I want a HC to swagger, challenge and will his team to play loose and fast with a swagger. We have athletes, we always have, they have just been too bridled in the past. Push them in the off season, start the best on game-day, have a good plan offensively and defensively and let the horses run. Play to win. And keep playing to win for four quarters. That will be a pleasant change from the recent past.

What is the biggest upset in sports history?

Was it Joe Namath leading the New York Jets over the Baltimore Colts 40 years ago in Super Bowl III (after guaranteeing the win)? The Colts were favored by 18. Or what about the "Miracle on Ice" with the USA men's hockey team beating the Soviet Union in the 1980 Winter Olympics? Could it be Buster Douglas, a 40-to-1 underdog, shocking Mike Tyson to win the heavyweight boxing crown?

Or could it possibly be the vindication of Al Davis, the most maligned and mercurial sports owner in modern history, for firing 33-year-old Lane Kiffin from the Oakland Raiders (after a 5-15 two-year mark)?

If you english majors will look closely at the article you will see that only the first line of CLK quote was in quotation marks. The rest of the "QuoTES" are not marked. He has cleaverly put his interpretation to sound like Kiffen was being quoted by starting a line with quote marks but none at the end. Your thoughts?

My thoughts are that Finebaum looks like a skinny, gay mushroom. No wonder that guy's so pissed.
