The problem with this is that those dismissed still count against our APR so we have a lot of people counting against our APR. I hope we don't lose scholarships because we run a tight ship

Can't watch this on TV right now (I have to sneak at work just to be on this site!). Has he said anything about JJ's future?

He's still gathering info, which I believe means he's waiting on the drug test results to be analyzed. If the KPD administered the test it could be a while.

he said "still gathering info" and then was questioned how come the other 2 are gone and he is still around...

He remarks were that he could not go into it at this time but JJ's situation is somewhat different from the other two...and more investigation needs to take place... but he wanted to make clear that what took place is not a culture UT Football is going to have...

Wow!...That is way too many IMO...Unreal that these kids can not keep their grades up and noses clean.

We also lost a few lazy ones that were used to Fulmer practices. Between Nuke, B Warren, and Coleman, that's a lot of different ways to lose players.

Not if they left in good academic standing.

So what happens to all the scholarships left vacated? 21 is almost a entire class. If you can only sign 28 a year they're going to be down numbers for awhile.

Isn't there some sort of extenuating circumstance to sign more players in cases like this? I could be completely wrong, just posing the question. I know if there is, our staff will be all over it.

someone asked if the arrests would affect recruiting and Kiffin said something along the lines of "we've been on the phone with parents since the ordeal and they're seeing how we're handling it. We didn't suspend them for a half, or a game.. we removed them from the team".

That's some weak s--- right there. The two are hardly comparable.

Not to mention its fairly cowardly to use this as a platform to take a jab at someone else.

I'm sure Kiffin stays up at night worrying about what gator fans think of him.

You gator trolls sure do have your jorts in a wad over everything Kiffin.

I would be interested to know, of the 24 arrests since Meyer went to Fla., how they were disciplined. Especially the 9 felonies.....I'm sick of FL fans coming on here talking about us and arrests, discipline, etc... They obviously don't have any room to talk. Just curious if anyone ever looked into how Meyer "disciplined" his off-field issues.
