Off topic, but while working in the shed this past weekend, I was listening to the tail end of the Ole Miss/UGA game and during the post-game stuff, they ran an ad with Ed Orgeron talking about "don't abuse alcohol" and "don't drive drunk" ... of course, good message, but it sure would be -- I think -- more effective if Orgeron didn't sound more drunk than Johnny Majors and Bear Bryant combined...

heh..

Implied "consent" in that context would mean that he allowed the test, no?

But I see where it goes... :good!:
It's more the word "implied", meaning when you get your liscense you consent to a breathalyzer test.

Implied consent is a fancy term for refusing a breathalyzer.

it means that if you don't consent to the test, then it's Implied that you are too hammered to drive.

unfortunately, I know all this from experience. Not a fun year.

Actually it means that just by operating a motor vehicle you have given your consent to have your breath, blood, etc tested for drugs or alcohol.

That is the most sensible explanation. :good!:

Also, thanks to the Hog who had the good sense of humor to post this. Kudos.

Looks like he got busted at 6am on Saturday morning. Day of their big game vs North Texas.
