Also in regards to self respecting hillbillies toting foreign guns....
You must have a different concept... real rednecks ain't gotta have A Browning (who spent the better part of his career in Belgium, btw, working for fabrique nationale), to be admitted into the duck blind, and you ain't got to even have a duck blind. It's a life that's a little more utilitarian than a weekend Harley riding, prime duck lease in Arkansas, kind of thing. Lotta people act country. Country ain't a damn act. And it ain't got a damn thing to do with price tags and brand loyalty.
My grandpa used a .303 Enfield to deer hunt the hills of tennessee, that's when he wasn't farming, driving a school bus, going to church, raising pigs, or setting the U.S. military combat record for most days in front line service, reaching the Rhine before Patton, and liberating long embattled Alsace border Town of Strasbourg.

Me and my brothers been waiting a long time to get this new football program up and running. We believe something special is bout to happen. Some fans is acting a bit skeered but aint no need to be cause things is gonna work out just fine. Pruitt and his folks gotta a lot of experience to pull from to make it right. Otis B said that those West Virginia boys gotta weak defense and Clem said that Grier is gonna have warbly legs after the Vols defense puts their first smack down on him. Any way this is my first post and I am looking forward to hanging out with my good Volunteer Friends throughout the season! Go Vols!!

You obviously can't count. Post #27.

Now you Sir are a man that gets it! I own many guns Sig Sauer, Remingtons, Kimbers, Rugers, just to mention a few. Hell just day before yesterday I traded my Glock 23 for a 30-30 Marlin. he needed the pistol and I wanted the rifle! I too am retired from the US army and was a sniper in the Berlin Brigade 5-502nd when the wall came down. I carried an M14 back then that was converted to an M21 Sniper rifle that had an ART 1 scope. It was real sweet! I am a country boy from Tn that has traveled the world. Okinawa, Korea, Germany, Hawaii and hell I was even spotted in Leesville Louisiana a time or two! Anyway brother you can take a boy out of the country but you cant take the country out of the boy!. I was a Vol fan wherever I traveled and just one thing to add......Go Vols!!!!!

Well we wouldn't expect a banty rooster to get the significance of #27. When the jardines make a first post, its automatically numbered 27 in commemoration of Al Wilson. There's some powerful stuff at work here.
Just one more thang to say Underground. Your Grandpa was the best of the best. Their could never be enough said for that man! My Papaw fought in Okinawa and made his way back to Tn. Unfortunatley he died of black lung from working in the coal mines at a very early age. He too was a Vol fan.

Thank you kindly. And thank you for your service! As for my grandpa, I didn't even get into the story of his medals or capturing 3 armed krauts with nothing but a pair of barbwire cutters....it would of seemed like braggin.

I went squirrel huntin’ yesterday and parked next to a tree,
When a ghostly figure with a curled up lip, plopped down beside me
He said Cletus, them analyst type sayin’ the Vols cant beat them mountaineers
But they don’t know, what lies inside of Pruitt’s Volunteers

He got into a karate stance and pointed to the sky
He then said “hubba hubba” and he looked me in the eye
He twanged on his guitar strangs and said Cletus tell all your friends
That the Vols gonna beat them West Virginia boys…….. 17-10!

Go Vols!!!

I like it, but if we hold them West Virginia boys to only 10 points, we might be on our way to the SECCG.
