Milton is fast, he’s just not quick or shifty.

He made a really nice quick twitch move and took off running in the UVA game at one point. It kind of surprised me. I think his deal is he has to make that decision early when he sees the opportunity and he can make some big plays for us.

Yep. All of his opponents are doing it, and they're filling perceived holes in their rosters that he apparently isn't. If he doesn't adapt, he'll go down the road of many a good coach who said "I don't think newfangled thing XYZ, so I'm not going to do it" and the game will pass him by.
